      *My paid wages are decent *Dental benefits are excellent

      Cons

      *Lack of support from upper management *Have not followed through on anything they said since I have started *Completely overworked, currently doing 17hr days 2-3 times a week * One if the most unprofessional qualities of this company is they will not get you the help you need when you ask for it, it has been the expectation to be able to do it all and I currently even had my temp help removed do to coating too much.

      Pros

      I think working for the company is great. Everyone is nice and tries to help out one another. My senior staff is amazing and I appreciate them all so much!

      Nothing really everyone works together as a team and tries to meet the company goal.

      Pros

      Most team members are very welcoming. The regionals are great as well.

      Cons

      One of the higher executives have a rule to not speak to them prior to 9am. Additionally there is no true HR department so you have a hard time confiding if there are major issues.
