Morale is excellent, management actually listens to the troops, and staff are afforded the flexibility to perform at their best, without the constraints of red tape and internal politics commonly found in other organisations. Gridware's work-life balance is the best in the industry, by far.

Gridware is an organisation that has a "remote-first" policy which can sometimes lead to logistical challenges with such a widespread, national team. However, everyone goes above and beyond to support others, so this is less of a "con" and just a different way of working that some coming into the organisation may not accustomed to.
