      Pros

      - Work on highly interesting projects for some big name customers - A real business plan and early success (and employee stock options) make every day pretty exciting - Founders are great managers and leaders - Talented team - Unlimited vacation time - Work from anywhere, and whenever you want - Salaries competitive with market - 401k and other benefits

      Cons

      - Distributed team means that employees only see each other in person a few times a year at quarterly company meet ups. Such a smart bunch, it'd be nice to collaborate in person more often. - Distributed team can lead to communication issues, but we use several tools to help as much as possible

      Pros

      Meaningful and interesting work to do, and can see its impact. A lot of really kind, intelligent and hardworking coworkers. Work-life balance is good. Motivated to work hard but empowered to have needed time off and schedule flexibility.

      Cons

      CEO Tom is great but not all management is created equal. People who lack self-direction will not do well here. Impressive track record of hiring great people but when bad hires happen it isn't dealt with as expediently as would be preferable. Overall an amazing place to work, though

      - Autonomy - People-oriented culture - Remote work with quarterly in-person all-company "camp" weeks

      Not a good fit if you're looking for someone to tell you what to do
