      A small company scaling more yearly. Everyone working there is humble, driven and determined. Its a very employee-oriented organization. Employees are treated with respect by upper management.

      Pros

      -Good culture, executive team, & coworkers -Semi-annual & annual bonuses -Fast growing company with advancement opportunities -They take care of their employees with company events & perks -Expected to perform but no one breathes down your neck -Everyone is game to answer questions and help you grow

      Cons

      -Pay could be better with the cost of living in the area but the bonuses help make up for that

      Pros

      Gridiron is a great place to work at. The staff is young and vibrant and the company has been growing exponentially year by year. Excited to see what's to come!

      There really aren't any cons in my opinion. I am very happy at Gridiron and love where my career has gone by working here.
