You’ll work with some really talented people and for the most part, folks want to help each other succeed
Cons
The company does not have stable leadership and no defined path for individual success. The direction of the org shifted so many times in my short time there, it makes it hard to understand what you’re working toward. No clear goals because they’re always changing and there is a very clear discrepancy in pay between different teams and hires.
