      Pros

      Thé VP and the CRO top guys as well as the processing tech team and product.

      Cons

      1/ inhuman HR department. Despot and very intrusive and agressive. 2/ Be ready to not believed : both the 2 girls don’t care about who you are , what you can bring . 3/ They will search on you even calling the companies you worked for 6/7/8 years ago . 4/ Advice your references as they will go trough an examination with some of them a questioner of no less than 20 questions via email. 5/ I lost the opportunity on working with great people here and this happened after signing my contract 6/if you can avoid talking to this 2 gestapo HR please do. 7/They should work fir the CIA instead

      Pros

      The team at GridGain -- from engineering and support to marketing and sales -- has deep experience and expertise, and everyone has been great to work with. Very professional. It helps to have a product that's a market leader and in high demand among the world's largest companies. Everyone also has the resources to do their best work. High marks for job satisfaction.

      Cons

      There have been some shifts in overall strategy -- it would be good to hold steady and execute.

      The company has great pay and benefits

      Cons

      Unstable with regards to leadership. Some of the C Level managers are very unprofessional, getting upset easily and demonstrating poor judgement.
