Pros

Most of the colleages in the office are freandly and supportive. Nice office, although with few parking lots.

Cons

Most of the projects are small, very few cases when you have colleagues working in the same location. This, sometimes can accentuate miscommunication and friction. Most of the people, at least in the office, are nice and supportive, but it takes just a few colleagues or managers, which can make your live miserable. Interacted with both very good professionals, but also bad managers. Cannot generalize, but some of them can be incompetent and even hostile. They can stab you in the back, even if you had a very good record before, professionally and interpersonal. There is no job security. You could consider it when you are at the beginning of your career, need something urgent or are a job hopper. Otherwise, don't make long term plans with them. At the first sign of some disagreements with the management or not a stellar feedback from someone you interacted with, is better to start looking around for a new job. In case you are not prepared, you can be cough off guard at the worst moment.

Pros

Fast-paced and dynamic environment that keeps you engaged and continuously learning. Strong sense of momentum, there is always something meaningful to work on. Great opportunity to stay up to date with modern tools, workflows, and industry practices. Exposure to diverse projects, which helps you grow quickly and build experience in a short time. Supportive and professional colleagues who value ownership, problem solving, and delivery.

Cons

The workload can be intense at times, especially when multiple deadlines overlap. Work–life balance may require extra personal effort, depending on the project phase and expectations. The fast-paced nature of the work may feel demanding for those who prefer slower or more predictable rhythms. For contractor-based roles, compensation and benefits may be more limited or not standardized, and may require clearer upfront alignment depending on the engagement model.
