      If you want peace definitely this not the right place. Forever complains and management will give tons of reasons for not giving bonus and increment every year

      Less workload . Salary more than basic in malaysia .

      Cons

      Hired new staff when current staffs infected with covid . Once enough manpower, they terminate you earlier than the contract signed . Your job scopes mostly received samples and data entry with zero task in the lab aka zero learning . Favouritism regarding who can do the task inside the lab .
