Pros

The salary and benefits are good, especially for those who are starting a career. It is a very dynamic company, where one can be chose for a project suddenly, . They hire very good professionals (with great logical reasoning).

Cons

There is a huge lack of organization: there are no mapped processes; Lack of knowledge management (for instance, people are fired without any idea of where to find their project files); Version control of the developed software is non-existent; Software documentation is something just to tell customers, there is no development roadmap but rather "Let's solve the problems of those who are almost suing us". The environment and culture are horrible: The board does not listen to the interests of its employees, it exploits them (half of the company has a position of trust, to not pay overtime) and sothe turnover in the company is very high, however the board pretends that it does not exist . For instance: a company of ~ 2002, with ~ 40 employees, but with employees of a maximum of 3 years in the company (and they are few), usually who enters stays mostly for 1 year until quitting. Profit sharing is something that has only been paid in the past, but they advertise to anyone who enters as a huge benefit, however they find a motive to not pay (there is no defined criteria or method of calculation!).
