The list is endless : * Worst HR policies , I would recommend if your sure to join here please ask HR to read out all HR policy ,you will get to know why I am telling not to join company * No proper salary as per industry standards *HR will tell you numerous lies just to get you on board and sign 3 years bond *Bond period is 3 years to think thrice as you will be stuck here for next three years of you life with very minimal salary , to give you precise figure it will be below 26k . *Management is very poor *No learning curve *No proper training over here *You will be in same project for life long Bonus tip : Don't join implementation Team in sage software solution , if you join you will regret each and every day as TL is egoist man and he will keep you in support project till you retire and he will take onsite projects . *Please be ready to work late nights as team size is very small and they will never hire any experience resource and will keep continue to take new projects and overload the employees . *Till the time you will realize you are in wrong place and think for resign your bond period will hound you . *if you still feel above mentioned points are not worth , just think which company keeps bond of 3 years ? I would say the one who knows once their employee founds the work associated is not worth and thinks to resign so to retain them bond is best option *In covid period also they use to call employees to office ,in spite the employee can't travel *Work life balance will be hell for you , Project manager will call you on weekends and will assign task without bothering any . *If you want to join for career growth then you are at wrong place. *If you get chance t join any development team then you can think for it but not implementation team
