Don’t join this organisation it will ruin your career as they will ask you to leave within few months for sure . They lack empathy towards other colleagues and have created a corrosive culture within each team . A classic example of a failure HR team . They don’t respect people’s time and the leaders keep meeting as late as 10 pm even if you are working and following the India timings . In one words don’t spoil your resume by joining this organisation. One more funny thing is they have been still on a hiring spree even after laying off almost 100 employees .
