The lack of onboarding process should have been the first red flag, the awful line management should have been the second, and the fact that the job description was nothing like the actual day to day work, the third. Being an entry level role, guidance and support are essential to an employees growth and performance, so simply terminating their contract on the spot with no effort to help them progress when they might be struggling, is a bad look on the employer, not the employee. It's lazy and cruel.
