I have been working here for over a year and it has been a positive experience overall. The work culture is friendly and most colleagues are cooperative and ready to help. Management encourages learning new skills and gives opportunities to work on different projects. Salary is paid on time and the office environment is comfortable with decent facilities. Work-life balance is generally good compared to many other companies.

Some processes are still not well structured and decision making can be slow at times. Growth path is not always clear and depends a lot on the project you are in. Communication between departments could be better.
