Personal Trainer and clubs included, Bi annual Company parties (summer and New year) great work culture and support. There is a wealth of knowledge available for you to learn in various different formats. There is flexible working and working remotely. Great place to work and great laughs.

Cons

General UK business issues that you would find anywhere however handled very well.
