Thank you so much for the honest and transparent review! I agree with most of this, and will say that we are working everyday to bring clarity to most roles. A big challenge we have is we do bring on very new people and people with little to no experience. While the roles are incredibly clear by comparison to other companies, we have a much higher burden of clarity, due to the fact that we allow people with little to no experience to join our ranks. This often means that while roles are far clearer than other companies, many new people don't always understand still what is expected of them. We work every day to make improvements to our training and growth programs and bring more clarity to every role and everyone who works with us.

Pros

You gain experience in a lot of new areas. The team is always willing to help and there is a good culture of teamwork, collaboration, and growth. No experience is needed and you get a chance to learn a lot. You have an opportunity to increase your hourly pay very quickly. Remote work offers flexibility as long as you can make meetings you are scheduled for and work a minimum of 20hrs per week.

Cons

It is up to you to make the most out of the opportunity. You are responsible for finding or volunteering for work to do so it is not easy to just sit back and collect a paycheck. There is healthy competition for hours among the team
