      Pros

      Enjoyable work atmosphere with quality people. Lots of time and money spent on improving the company and the individuals who work for them. They truly believe that if you are better the company is better. It is a win-win.

      Cons

      The company is on the smaller side so don't expect the benefits a huge company can provide, however they do better than most companies their size.

      Owner is arrogant and does not treat employees well. Will charge you more for a building and then have an Amish crew build it.
