Poor management, no advancement opportunities - Senior Production Associate Greif Employee Review

I have already gone as high as I can in a short time. Next steps are management but those opportunities rarely come. Almost never get a full 40 hours. Usually get about 35 hours a week. Very inconsistent volume of work. Poor training. If you don’t buddy up with people they put a target on your back and try to get you fired.
