      Pros

      Flexible if you have family issues. Coworkers are great to work with.

      Cons

      The pay isn't good in comparison to minimum wage like it was 12 years ago. Company removed forklift position so you are also required to be your own forklift driver and only recieve $.11 an hour onto of your base pay.

      I really appreciated the employee stock purchase program. The team was also very nice.

      Cons

      401k employer match does not vest unless you work there for 5 years.
