      - great team leaders and managers, really people-focused colleagues - several training opportunities for leaders and professionals - really great global culture which is successfully "implemented" locally as well - the company puts a great emphasis on sustainability

      I really appreciated the employee stock purchase program. The team was also very nice.

      Cons

      401k employer match does not vest unless you work there for 5 years.
