Pros

Front line employees are great and are a very tight knit group.

Cons

When you lift the “glossy” cover of this organization, you’ll find a dysfunctional leadership team who is more concerned about the appearance they portray in the community than running a successful business. Appalling behavior by certain leader(s) was permitted to continue until it became so pervasive and troublesome, they were forced to deal with it. There is a certain arrogance by the new leadership about how good they are which stunts innovation and despite their focus on diversity and inclusion, there is a track record of exiting female leaders in their 50’s and 60’s

Pros

This company goes above and beyond with incredible benefits like tuition reimbursement, free life insurance, company-paid disability, pet insurance, and more. The perks are next level — from chair massages and fresh fruit to epic Halloween decorations, chili cook-offs, holiday parties, and even the occasional booze truck! 🍻 The hybrid schedule (3 in-office, 2 remote) offers great flexibility — and the office itself is seriously cool, with views of downtown Indy and actual art gallery vibes. You’ll often catch a laugh in one of the social hubs… or maybe see the President roaming the halls in a half-deflated unicorn costume. 🦄 We're 100% employee-owned with profit sharing, and leadership — from direct managers to execs — is genuinely supportive and excited about the future. I’ve found my work home here and plan to stay until retirement!

Cons

Honestly the only con is the drive can sometimes take awhile but that’s a combo of rush hour and construction that never ends.
