Office Politics. No professionalism. Biggest regret starts after you resign. Nobody has left happily. Everybody had to compromise with salary, reviews, BGV and trauma during notice period. They even sometimes handover termination letter after you resign. If your next company calls/mail for verification either they give bad reviews or simply ignore.
