There has been a hiring freeze for several years, leading to a heavy workload. The return-to-office policy requires 3 days a week, with exceptions made for a select few. There is almost no access to quiet spaces, and the open-space offices are noisy, making it hard to focus. Growth opportunities are almost nonexistent unless you stay with the company long-term. Over the past few years, the heavy workload has left little to no time for professional development or training opportunities, making it difficult for employees to grow and improve their skills.
