What a great feedback! Thank you so much for this evaluation. As we grew bigger over the last years, we tried to provide our employees with a stable and trustworthy work-environment, which offers advantages like a great work-life-balance, transparency in communication, clear responsibilities etc.. Nevertheless one of our company-goals for 2019 will for sure be to have a bigger focus on innovative projects. Not least because we can profit from the broad range of experience from our multi-national employees.
