I have no CONS. When people say you will be successful working for a company you love and doing what you want to do....I believe it. Greentree Financial and Mike Bongiovanni are dedicated team and put their employees first. I am thankful and truly blessed!
Front end collections glorified customer service reps, customers were always angry and pay was way to low no way of hitting goal without guzzling redbull ;and doing possibly shady things to get paid. Exceptionally high turnover. NO room for advancement.
