      No people management not at all a company to work with - there are good consulting firms in the market. NO PROS

      Cons

      Bad management Bad policies- they dont give any incentives Bad working method - submitt 6-10 profiles a day and shortlisting comes in months- no flexibility in interviews, closures -unresponsive clients Bad management by CEO Worst than a call centre

      The company’s culture is highly toxic and lacks professionalism. There is no concept of work-life balance, with employees expected to work beyond reasonable hours. Micromanagement is rampant, creating a stressful and demotivating environment. Salary and benefits are not paid proactively—you have to constantly chase management.Overall, the organization shows little regard for employee well-being or fair practices, making it an unhealthy place to work.
