      1. Work culture & environment is very good 2. A great place to showcase our performance which always gets noticed & rewarded 3. Management is quite open and not only does they encourages our ideas but also implement them, feel like you are a part of something big.

      The company’s culture is highly toxic and lacks professionalism. There is no concept of work-life balance, with employees expected to work beyond reasonable hours. Micromanagement is rampant, creating a stressful and demotivating environment. Salary and benefits are not paid proactively—you have to constantly chase management.Overall, the organization shows little regard for employee well-being or fair practices, making it an unhealthy place to work.
