Pros

Nothing, I couldn't find anything to say as Pros. All the walls dirty and black, Bad environment( it is not friendly at all). I hope to escape from this jail as soon as possible.

Cons

No benefit, No good money, Very polluted environment, Liar Management, They say something to people but they don't believe that. They want to make money from garbage that's it and due to that, they push people a lot. I don't recommend to even my enemy. Please don't wast your time in Greentec. It is the worst place I have seen.No future, No hopes. It is a very bad company. It is like a jail. First days, they try to show you everything nice but the reality is behind that.

Pros

You get lots of training in many different areas if you work hard at meeting your quotas and if you maintain a high work quality. Hands on experience working with electronics and you get to set your own pace.

Cons

Your coworkers will throw your tools in the shredder when your not looking. No chance to get hired on directly with the company. They told me that I would be hired directly after 6 months. After 7 months of full-time work they fired me on Dec 20. Management will not help you with your complaints (about coworkers throwing tools in shredder). They will instead try to find a way to make it look like your fault and threaten to fire you if you contact your temp agency. Many people will just disappear from work for no reason even though they were meeting their quotas and keeping to themselves. If they like you, you will get hired. It has nothing to do with how well you do the job. If they don't like you, they'll treat you like a leper. Many promises of bonus that never fall through. Often told that if you find something cool on the line you can buy it. Which is true only if Management doesn't want it.
