Pros
They give you 20 dollars a month to use in their overpriced gas station store. There are worse jobs than working here, but they are not worse by much.
Cons
There are blatant cliques, obvious nepotism, and forced overtime which is subject the change daily. High turn around rate. Do not make any plans for after work, because they will probably change your schedule to overlap them. The team leads enjoy being mean (even to those who don't deserve it) in front of the GM & managers. I guess it makes them feel good about their positions of power? This is very childish. If someone has a legitimate issue, they should discuss it as a mature adult would, not bark across a warehouse in a rude tone where everyone could hear it because their boss happens to be standing near them.
