Snacks, adequate pay, HQ location

Very bad leadership and things are not consistent. There are three clueless little boys who want desperately take over the company. Unfortunately their leadership capabilities are close to 0 in comparison with the founders.

Open atmosphere. Focus on customer work, not on internal stuff. Very minimal bureaucracy. Super-nice people, very experienced. A work place for actual grown-ups. Wide, interesting offering and nice customers. Financially stable.

For some, a family company might be one. But it's only a pro for us / me. Not much dedication on beautiful office; more on that it works.
