      -Outstanding techs and direct aircraft support -Benefits are really good for a small company -Working with friends

      Cons

      Management have taken company and crashed it into a mountain. Raised more capital to fix it and then pushed it right off the edge into the water. Raised more capital to keep it floating and then drilled holes in the floor to try and drain the water out.
