DRAMA, FAVORITIS AND RACISM. - Community Manager Greenleaf Management Employee Review

The company cares about people- it's residents, tenants and employees. Great place to work.

There are no significant cons that come to mind.

At first, it seemed like a good job. Then he started noticing there was some favortism, certainly NOT being directed toward him. Not many pros.

Gas costs. They expect you to drive your own vehicle to and from job sites and do not even offer to reimburse gas costs. You have to pick up nasty trash and deal with nasty properties. Roaches, bed bugs, mice, yellow jackets, you name it. No training period at all. They started my husband out before they even gave him orientation. We uprooted our whole life for this company and they did nothing but crap on us. They do not care about you or your family. Also currently waiting on last check. I am a real estate agent and they chose the wrong family to mess with let me tell you. Most of their properties are not liveable, and they are in no hurry to fix urgent issues, such as sewage and air conditioning issues. I could go on and on. But y'all can be expecting some inspections very soon.
