Lack of transparency and unreliable HR commitments - Design Engineer Greenko Group Employee Review

Worked here for 3–4 years but never got any recognition or appreciation for my work. Salary increments are very poor. significant delays in receiving arrears, with no clear or consistent process by HR, No proper growth or promotion opportunities. HR is not reliable and communication is not clear. Overall, employees are not valued.
