Pros
Pay is decent. High potential for success. They want you to succeed. They constantly look for ways to improve. President’s Club trip is awesome every year.
Cons
Because they are always looking to improve there are frequent changes. Sometimes those changes can be hard while getting through learning curves. Company is moving more corporate as it grows, which is essential to maintain the growth. I’ve enjoyed each phase but miss some aspects of the job from 2 years ago.
