Pros
Pay is good Plenty of coworkers to help if you run out of products you need for a job. Plenty of jobs to fill each day
Cons
The job itself is nice but the company is terrible to work for. As a technician it’s completely up to you to make things right when sales people lie to customers, and they lie regularly. You are pushed to sell despite being told during initial interview that selling is optional. Commissions really aren’t that great, and pro support agents will take your sales for themselves to get commission. As a technician everything will fall on you. You will be responsible for other employees mistakes. In other words when a customer is angry because they were lied to, the responsibility is yours to make things right. If you don’t then that cancellation is held against you. Training for new employees is just not an acceptable level. Most things feel as though it’s set up for you to fail.
