      Pros

      This workplace has a great culture and phenomenal opportunities. Overall, this is the best place I’ve ever worked and I would recommend for a beginner.

      Cons

      There is a very real limit to how much you can make based on how many current jobs have multiple services with us. It’s all a roll of the dice if you will get a Route with multiple opportunities each day.

      There are no pros for the company.

      Cons

      They lie about everything. They explicitly stated there are no quotas, then turn around 3 weeks into the show say there are quotas. They promise $1,000 a week to show up and then say it is only if you meet those figures. They had the salesman going into explicitly No Solicitation zones without any permits, giving us the full legal liability. They promised us 2 bedrooms for every 4 people, then crammed people like cattle into 1 bedroom apartments for every 4 people.
