Pros

I suppose that it is a job.

Cons

Protocols are well thought out, in the wrong ways. They require an 'Act of Service' by each employee. It is just that, an Act. It's a gimmick that takes up time and unnecessarily annoys the customer, all to make it appear the worker does something instead of the actual job hired for, to 'impress'. They have the workers required to do 5 passes around the house for a full quarterly service, but typically only give 20 minutes to do so if they are to get the large amount of jobs done each day. This absurd protocol means the '5 passes' equates to worse attention to detail than the 3 really required. If it's raining, they have them use a product that the label explicitly says "reapply after heavy rainfall". And the dusting of the eaves is a joke, again really a gimmick to say they go above and beyond other companies. At wasting time and money. They also have the workers throw out perfectly good rodent bait every service. This company wastes so much chem and other resources, then complain about the high usage of product, use inferior product just because it's cheaper leading to more issues and more reservices, and then restrict worker hours while overloading them with jobs. They require sales by every worker, leading to workers selling unnecessary services. They don't punish workers for this, except if they don't give the company their cut. Corporate sets routes, often sending people in crazy directions, not taking into account that one person might have 16 lake houses that day, necessitating help from other workers.

Pros

There are no pros for the company.

Cons

They lie about everything. They explicitly stated there are no quotas, then turn around 3 weeks into the show say there are quotas. They promise $1,000 a week to show up and then say it is only if you meet those figures. They had the salesman going into explicitly No Solicitation zones without any permits, giving us the full legal liability. They promised us 2 bedrooms for every 4 people, then crammed people like cattle into 1 bedroom apartments for every 4 people.
