      Pros

      None really the best is you get paid weekly, that's if your pee is even correct.

      Cons

      You better know how to sail or you're out of a job. You're not hired as a service professional you're hired as a salesperson. They don't care about how much knowledge you have about the pest or even how to solve the problem. You just better be able to up sale or you're out of a job.

      There are no pros for the company.

      Cons

      They lie about everything. They explicitly stated there are no quotas, then turn around 3 weeks into the show say there are quotas. They promise $1,000 a week to show up and then say it is only if you meet those figures. They had the salesman going into explicitly No Solicitation zones without any permits, giving us the full legal liability. They promised us 2 bedrooms for every 4 people, then crammed people like cattle into 1 bedroom apartments for every 4 people.
