      You learn something new every day. I also enjoy the management as they are always there when you need assistance. The culture is just super relaxed and friendly.

      Cons

      Scheduling/routing - may just be the fact that we cover a wide area that there is not much scheduling can do to fill the gap of drive times.

      There are no pros for the company.

      Cons

      They lie about everything. They explicitly stated there are no quotas, then turn around 3 weeks into the show say there are quotas. They promise $1,000 a week to show up and then say it is only if you meet those figures. They had the salesman going into explicitly No Solicitation zones without any permits, giving us the full legal liability. They promised us 2 bedrooms for every 4 people, then crammed people like cattle into 1 bedroom apartments for every 4 people.
