The techs are told they will make good hourly money but instead get paid $9 per job. No compensation for driving to the job, going to meetings, and restocking supplies. You can end up working up to 3 hours a day without pay. They don’t pay overtime, Saturday’s are mandatory and still get paid $9 a job and end up working 60 hours in a week. The checks come out less than minimum wage pay. The manager and other employees flood social media with phony reviews. They bribe customers discounts to give 5 star reviews to flood sites with perfect reviews. Many techs have made sales and never got paid for them.
