Pros
Organic pest control which is eco friendly is an excellent idea.
Cons
No warehouse or office in Toledo area. New techs working in this area are basically on their own. Closest office is in Cleveland. I think the company is overselling areas like Toledo and pulling techs from Cleveland to service those accounts. The result is long drive times for the techs to get to their accounts, which may be two hours or more away. There has to be a better way to service areas like Toledo. Figure it out, Greenix management. Or you will have nonstop turnover with new techs and salesmen, guaranteed.
