Pros

Friends, Colleagues that you can confide in

Cons

Where to begin? First you are pumped full of positive energy and attitude. you are told the job is going to be awesome and you're going to make a ton of money, i went through 6 weeks of training while going to classes at my school, without pay. I was told i was going one place then another, and had many issues with flights and such because of that. I was told that we wouldn't have to pay for rent or that we didn't have to pay for uniform fees, i was told id make bout commission for others i had come in and work. when I moved into the first apartment they put us in things seemed good but quickly got dark, the bosses seem really cool but are really just trying to become your good friend so they can keep an eye on you, you DO NOT work good hours because you are taken by a van to where you are supposed to knock, i once knocked from 9:30am-11:10pm because they did not come to pick me up until then, the promises made reneger honored, they may seem awesome but in the end almost every week is a miserable wonderment of what the next paycheck is going to look like and wondering where you can eat/use the bathroom next. my overall experience is that i began to trust people that lead me into the job but really lost trust when nothing happened.

Pros

If you like hard work and talking to a bunch of different people this can be a good job. If you do well you will gain confidence in your labor and communication skills. Honestly management tried to be cool for what the job is, and managers would understand or listen if you negotiated with them.

Cons

You needed to negotiate constantly, bunch of sales bros so you gotta do business, not for everyone. Being around Chemicals all the time sucks and it’s hard to maintain a clean standard and serve the amount of customers they want you to. Oh and weekends 😂
