Pros

Constant remodeling and money going back into the company.

Cons

The insurance isn't great and being "competitive" isn't a reason to not improve it. Raises are small (and the pay isn't great to start with) and the review process doesn't make any sense. There are difficulties improving from past mistakes when there are no opportunities to better your knowledge of what you did wrong.

Thank you for completing a review on Greenheck. We are excited to continue to grow not only locally, but nationally as well. Insurance sure is changing rapidly. Greenheck is one company that fully self-insures, and has an onsite medical clinic (and pharmacy) to help reduce costs for our employees. Our review process is a yearly review on performance, however; there should be updates throughout the year on progress and how to improve. If you would like more feedback, reach out to your supervisor directly and have that conversation with them. We'd be interested in hearing ways you believe we can improve our review system, if you have specific feedback, please reach out to me at: hr@greenheck.com. Thank you again for your feedback. Pros

Benefits aren’t bad and some of the people can be pleasant.

Cons

If you are outside production, then never expect a raise of more than 3-5% annually, but they expect you to do the job of 4 people.
