Pros
People in the company are very friendly inside and outside the work place. I made friends already in here and some off them already left and we are still in contact to go for few drinks sometimes after work. It is definitely a very good place to obtain experience in multiple technologies. It is also a very flexible environment in terms of working hours and working from home. We do some team events once in a while and every month we have Town Hall where we get some food and drinks. Because we are multi cultural company we also have every month a lunch with typical food from each nationality. Every Wednesday there is croissants for breakfast.
Cons
As a consultancy\service company we have the same problems as any other consultancy company. There is periods of pressure to get the deadlines and sometimes it stagnates. Also in this type of companies is often very common to people leave and new people come aboard.
