      Pros

      Pet industry is growing so there's job security. Nice to work with pets. Interesting projects to work on. Opportunity to extend yourself in your area.

      Cons

      Poor work life balance. Not a nurturing or supportive culture. Very top down approach. Changing & competing priorities. Not many systems or processes. Generally not a good environment for people who struggle with uncertainty.

      Dymamic work place, hunger to be better, fair and considerate to staff. Good CEO

      Cons

      Not a huge amount of perks as we chase the revenue/margins, Fun agenda could be scaled up, Support office training doesn't exist

      Great clinical teams, very supportive Area Manager and RCD

      Cons

      Pay could be better for nurses especially. Award level sucks for them, though they are starting to improve this it’s not quite fast enough
