      Pros

      There is honestly no pros to this company. They are so desperate to hire anyone due to their turn over rate.

      Cons

      Very unprofessional and uneducated staff. Everything is so unorganized including the hiring process. They are so desperate they will send you an employment offer letter and harass you to sign it and send back within minutes. Stay away from this company and do not waste your time.

      The company and management never stop striving for success! Day in and day out there is always that push and motivation from management. The ability for teams to come together and departments to work hard and make it happen! Great leadership comes straight from the top!

      CEO has integrity, has knowledge of mortgage banking, excellent career and has an open door policy.

      Cons

      Company is in a growth mode, must be patient. Strive to learn from senior management.
