The projects are important and the junior and mid-level staff really care about creating meaningful work. They also really care about each other.

Management struggles to create an inclusive environment, they struggle to take concerns seriously, and seem to lack interest in doing the organizational work necessary to make it a great place for lower ranking staff to work. Sometimes arguments can become heated, even in front of junior staff. Staff who constructively point out issues become sidelined.
