Working within a small franchised portion of the company means that work is manageable. I have time to breathe between calls, and get admin work completed. The people I work with are lovely, and are always happy to help if I have a query. Whilst it comes out of my annual leave, it's good knowing I won't be working over Christmas and New Year.
