      Free reign, little oversight, no judgement

      Cons

      No management oversight, no clear goals for the company or projects, constantly bidding the next SBIR with a proposal we cannot achieve, not really learning a lot other than how to spend government money while getting almost nothing useful done.

      Pros

      It was a great co-op and I had the opportunity to work on exciting projects. You get a free 107 pilot's license. Free food on Wednesdays. Chance to take ownership of your work. Flexible work hours and great people. Also you get the T-pass

      None! it was a great co-op. Only if I could learn more :(

      From two years ago very flexible work hours of remote and in person. Great robotics experience

      Some weeks we would have so much work to do and sometimes I would struggle to find a task to do.
