      Many fun projects Plenty of opportunities to learn stuff People are friendly Very flexible work environment and schedule

      Not much room for promotion/growth Projects are often short lived Have to juggle to many projects all at once Fighting fires from project deadlines all the time

      Pros

      It was a great co-op and I had the opportunity to work on exciting projects. You get a free 107 pilot's license. Free food on Wednesdays. Chance to take ownership of your work. Flexible work hours and great people. Also you get the T-pass

      None! it was a great co-op. Only if I could learn more :(

      From two years ago very flexible work hours of remote and in person. Great robotics experience

      Some weeks we would have so much work to do and sometimes I would struggle to find a task to do.
