Everyone who works here is a top performer. Management is very flexible and very involved with all aspects of the company. All personnel have opportunities to get involved in most of the aspects and functions of the company.

Some of our people are remote workers, and it makes it difficult to make sure everyone feels included in the day-to-day goings-on within the company. Conference calls only go so far, and our in-person meetings only include a handful of local personnel.
